Our partnership with Gecamines enables us to explore and mine concession PE2353 in Kambovu. This partnership was entered between Minserve Sprl and Gecamines through a third party company known as Société D’investissement et Exploitation Manière SAS {SIEX}.
Minerve SPRL has the mining rights of concession PE2353 until 2040.Once we mine our copper and cobalt, We ship them to our processing facility, where it is processed into concentrate. After it is processed into concentrate, we ship it to Gecamines under a long-term contract where the concentrate is processed into copper cathode.
Chelyabinsk was a UK-registered Russian company that initially owed 70% of Minserve Sprl. After recouping their investment capital, the company sold its shares to a Georgia investor who currently owns part of the company.
